Release #71 and #72

More automation and compliance !

Over the summer RiskVille has continued the frequent sequence of deployments with new features. On July 21st and August 10th respectively RiskVille deployed release #71 and #72. In total these two updates cover 29 tickets, with improvements and new features supporting compliance and automation like:

• Automate notifications to users and clients with expiry alerts of time limited insurances, like building projects.

• SMS features to streamline some of your communication with clients and contacts. This could be for simple notifications, but also for retrieving confirmations and OTPs. For documentation, any SMS correspondence will be added to the diary on clients.

• Improved support for multiple workflows per claim.

• Automate ping back notifications to claimants on updates.
