When onboarding new clients in RiskVille, we provide help for configuring the platform to the specific business, and free ongoing online support. We like to call it Plug, Customize and Play.

But we don’t want to be the needle in the arm of our clients, so we do also provide training for onsite, inhouse Superusers, enabling our clients to adjust the platform on the fly, without any coding. No Coding = No Needle !
