The latest RiskVille release, version #2.18.0, adds a major enhancement: online quoting and sales through your own dedicated platform.
Configure the layout, images, and text in a few steps to launch your own online insurance “store” directly from RiskVille. For example, if your RiskVille cloud address is ashbourne.riskville.eu, your sales domain will be ashbourne.riskville.shop. The site showcases only your products and makes it easy to get quotes and buy insurance online.
Launch your online sales channel in four simple steps:
- Customize your logo, colors, and introductory text in the RiskVille system settings.
- For each product offered online, specify the underwriting (UW) information buyers must provide. Add relevant images and introductory text as needed.
- Use the RiskVille administration interface to monitor sales-channel traffic and let underwriters communicate with buyers when needed.
- When a policy is bound online, (with underwriter approval if required), the customer and policy are automatically created in your RiskVille policy administration system, where automated billing and other processes take over.
Agencies and carriers already using RiskVille’s cloud solution for policy administration can quickly and easily launch a dedicated sales portal. This includes real-time integration with your backend systems for underwriting, automated invoicing, policy issuance, renewals, and more.
For every product deployed for online sale, you can manage the target audience and various other parameters, including the generation of “deep links” for use in specific direct marketing campaigns.
