Client Advocate, Scandinavia

We are looking for a Client Advocate to advise our clients in Denmark on the best utilization of RiskVille cloud solution.

RiskVille has a good influx of new customers and our team in especially Denmark must be strengthened. We supply a very flexible standard IT platform for the insurance industry. Our cloud solution is based on modern, open source technology and leaves users very free to configure their own version of the system.

We want to provide RiskVille's customers the best possible experience in connection with implementation and subsequent use of the platform and are looking for a person for Denmark and in the slightly longer term Norway, Sweden, and further European countries, with the following qualifications and interests:

• Strong abilities in office tools like MS Excel and Word
• Motivation for helping different types of clients utilizing RiskVille
• Flair for IT and logic structures
• Good communicator
• Fluent/Native in Danish and at least one more language, (Norwegian / Swedish / German / ..)
• Desirable, but not required, with a little experience from the world of insurance or risk management.

Part time Onboarding and Support, USA

We are looking for a part time service & support resource in US, preferably in North Florida, to increase the onboarding and support capacity for a growing number of US clients.

We are looking for following qualifications and interests:

• Strong abilities in office tools like MS Excel and Word
• Flair for IT and logic structures
• Good communicator
• Desirable, but not required, with a little experience from the world of insurance or risk management.

We will provide all the necessary training in our platform and business space, enabling you to help onboarding and servicing our US based clients.
